Your membership includes six months of live online zoom coaching with Pastor Rob and other cohort pastors, practical tools and templates, monthly implementation plans, unlimited text-message questions to Pastor Rob, personalized group coaching, six (6) private 1-on-1 Zoom coaching sessions with Pastor Rob, a private community, a new private podcast episode released each week exclusively for cohort members, and access to two optional in-person Crossroads Field Sessions (in Texas and Nevada)

There is no difference in the experience. Both options include the complete six-month Founders Cohort. The monthly plan is six payments of $79, while the pay-in-full option is $399 and saves you $75.
