Rob Ham is a pastor, author, church planter, Bible teacher, and the founder of Crossroads Leadership Network. He has spent nearly two decades in full-time ministry preaching the Bible, planting churches, leading established churches, developing leaders, building ministry systems, navigating change, and helping people take their next step with Jesus. Rob is also a graduate of the Saddleback Church Leadership Academy for Church Planters, where he received practical training in church planting, leadership development, evangelism, discipleship, ministry systems, and building biblically healthy Jesus-centered churches.

Marley Anderson serves as the Operations & Marketing Coordinator at Crossroads Leadership Network, where she helps support pastors, organize resources, and keep CLN moving forward with excellence. She is passionate about the Bible, biblical leadership, reading, animals, and spending time outdoors. Marley brings a thoughtful, servant-hearted spirit to her work and loves helping ministry leaders take practical next steps. She and her husband, Matthew, have been married for over a year and enjoy life with their two dogs, Maggie and Charlie every single day.
